Curb Capital LLC, launched in 2020 by seasoned professional and industry leader Adam Traub, is a multi-faceted investment sales firm handling acquisitions, dispositions, and financial analysis of investment properties. Curb Capital rewards its clients with optimal returns through unremitting canvassing, creative deal structuring, and an in-depth knowledge of the ultra-competitive and challenging real estate landscape of NYC. With a client-centric approach, Curb Capital’s reputation is built on honesty, integrity, and face to face interaction to form strong and sustainable long-term relationships.

About the Founder

Adam Traub is the Founder and Principal of Curb Capital, a full-service investment sales agency in NYC. With over a decade of experience, Adam is well versed in handling every phase of the real estate cycle and navigating through the complexities of every transaction.

Adam started his real estate career as an Investment Sales Agent at Besen & Associates where he received the 2013 "Deal of the Year" award for assembling a 62,000 SF condominium site on East 23rd Street in Manhattan that sold for $20 million. Adam continued his career with Alpha Realty as an Investment Sales Director where he creatively structured and negotiated several high-profile transactions, including an intricate master leased deal in Bed-Stuy and a value-add mixed use property in the Upper East Side. Adam linked up with Westbridge Realty Group in 2015 where he spent 4 years as the Vice President mentoring junior agents and executing a wide array of transactions, most notably the 131 unit Sheridan Court Mews in the Bronx, which sold for $23.8M. Adam was named to Commercial Observer's "30 under 30" list, which recognizes the top sales performers in the industry.

Adam graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011. Outside the office, Adam is an avid golfer, world traveler, and comedy enthusiast. He currently resides in the Upper East Side with his fiancé and golden retriever Simba.
